The Friday workshop is for those with some experience of Tai Chi. After establishing the ground we will open up the work into spirit and heart, and thereby into the creative process.

The Saturday workshop is for those new to Tai Chi or those with little experience. We will introduce the beautiful principles of Tai Chi and show how they can open up the world of energy and spirit.
